What precautions are you taking around COVID-19?
The health and wellbeing of our clients and staff is our top priority. We have taken the following steps:
We’ve limited the number of staff in our offices to a minimum (in most cases there will only be 1-2 people attending). Each office has been deep-cleaned and disinfected. In addition, every multi-touch surface is sanitized after each meeting. All employees are wearing PPE, including masks. We have made the same protective wear available to all guests. In-person meetings with a CIRCA specialist are by appointment only.
Can I still visit CIRCA for in-person appointments?
Absolutely, our offices have reopened according to local state regulations. Each office has been deep cleaned prior to reopening and will continue to follow advice from relevant health authorities as the situation develops. Please check our Locations to find the nearest CIRCA office and check their opening days and hours. Or you could sell your jewelry online to CIRCA. Our process is free, easy, and fully insured and can be done from the comfort of your home. To further complement our remote selling service, you can schedule a Virtual Appointment with a specialist to review your jewelry at your convenience.
What are you doing to ensure safety during in-person appointments?
We are strictly adhering to state policies and relevant health authority guidelines. Ahead of every appointment, we:
Clean and sanitize multi-touch surfaces. Prepare PPE, including masks, for both our staff and clients. In accordance with CDC guidelines, fully-vaccinated individuals that received their 2nd shot more than 10-days prior to their scheduled appointment are no longer required to wear face masks during their visit. We kindly ask that individuals who are not fully-vaccinated continue to wear a face mask when entering the premises and throughout their appointment. We warmly welcome our clients who wish to schedule an in-person appointment and are happy to host you in our offices. We do understand that some clients would prefer to work with a CIRCA specialist from the comfort of their home, so we are now offering the ability to sell your jewelry online. How does it work?
An appointment with CIRCA is a luxurious experience. On the day of your appointment, one of our specialists will examine the jewelry or watches you’re interested in selling. There’s no need to take notes. We do that for you, writing descriptions of your pieces and our offer for you to see. You may have questions about your jewelry and our offer. That’s okay. We’re here to help and answer any questions you may have. Should you accept our offer, we’ll write you a check right then and there.
How do you arrive at an offer?
CIRCA buyers take many factors into consideration when offering for your diamonds, jewelry and watches. Diamonds are evaluated based on their inherit characteristics, including the 4C’s (Carat, Cut, Color, Clarity), overall appearance and beauty of the stone, as well as current demand for those attributes. When we make offers for your jewelry, we account for the maker, the vintage, the condition, quality, style and desirability of each piece. With our network of enthusiastic international jewelry collectors, we can ensure that our prices are competitive. When offering for your watch, condition, vintage, and market demand are just as important as it is for jewelry. And of course, the brand of your watch makes all the difference. Having original paperwork and boxes prove helpful, but are not necessary, for us to make an offer.

We also purchase loose diamonds and diamond rings of all shapes, colors, and sizes. We do not, however, purchase lab grown diamonds.

Do you buy only branded jewelry?
We buy only fine jewelry. Fine jewelry is not always signed, but values are usually greater when a maker can be identified, and we know enough how to find those hidden signatures that many might not spot. We buy all fine gold, diamond, and gemstone jewelry.
Where do you sell your jewelry?

Because of our vast global reach and the large volumes of jewelry we buy, we find ourselves in the unique position of providing this beautiful, luxury jewelry from renowned houses like Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Buccellati, Bulgari, and Schlumberger, at a value you won’t find elsewhere.
Is there any obligation to sell?
There is no obligation to sell and no pressure either. Our buyers write down offers for your consideration. Should you accept, you will receive a check immediately.
What are my payment options? (cash vs. gift card)
Once we provide you our final purchase offer, you can choose from one of the following payment options:
Cash: Receive immediate payment by check (US Only) or bank wire Gift Card: Receive a Blue Nile or CIRCA gift card valued between 110% and 120% of our final purchase offer. Payment by Blue Nile gift card is only available for US orders
When will I receive payment?
As soon as you accept an offer for the jewelry you wish to sell, a check will be issued to you then and there.
What are the terms and conditions of my gift card?
Is there a fee?
There are no fees to make appointments or meet with a CIRCA specialist, even if you decide not to sell.
What changes can I expect following the merger between Mondiamo and CIRCA?
Mondiamo merged with CIRCA in 2019, and now operates as one business. The diamond jewelry mail-in service, previously offered by Mondiamo, is now included as part of CIRCA. You can sell diamonds, fine jewelry and watches to CIRCA by scheduling a private in-person appointment, or detailing the pieces you wish to sell online.
