Her career within the company has been marked by a natural progression into leadership, driven by a rare combination of aesthetic sensitivity, technical rigor, and strategic vision. With more than a decade of experience in the luxury sector, Chencho has built her career in highly demanding international environments. Her time as a Diamond Expert at Tiffany & Co. strengthened her expertise in the high jewelry market and her ability to understand both the emotional and financial considerations around selling jewelry. Her academic background reflects this same balance between art and technical mastery. She holds a Master’s degree in Luxury Business Management and a specialization in Diamond Grading from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), a world-leading institution in gemology. In addition, she has a background in art and conservation-restoration, which provides her with a deep understanding of the history, materiality, and cultural significance of objects. This academic foundation, combined with her experience in the luxury market, allows her to approach each piece with a comprehensive perspective — technical, aesthetic, and strategic.
